I like the whole skin concept, love it actually. Especially its reference to Sly Cooper (My favorite game in the entire world <33333). But in the love of League Gods (Riot) Why does he still shoot arrows out of his revolver? That's the first thing I notice and it broke my heart. Can you PLEASE do something about that? :\
There's no excuse they should have for that. Gangster Twitch fires bullets, so why can't Pickpocket twitch fire bullets?

Eve skin I can see being 750, they should have made Twitch skin 975 and changed some of the effects.

The thing that really boggles my mind is if you taunt with Gangster twitch, it plays a violin, like his normal skin but fires bullets. Meanwhile, his pickpocket skin makes a revolver flipping sound yet fires arrows. It makes zero sense.
This is actually the problem I had with it, this was the first skin i ever bought and after like five minutes within buying it I immediatly regretted buying it because the arrows came out of the revolver. It just makes the top left portion of my head just burn and it gives me a migraine how the revolver makes the same sound as the crossbow.
Yeah twitch is my favorite champion and to see them literally ignore something so simple as a tiny particle change really bothered me. I mean I still bought the skin anyways but I feel like I shouldn't have...

They could have made all these skins quite a bit better actually.
For starts, Twitch's joke is the exact same as his base, which just looks downright weird (even moreso than his other gun skins). Second, the bullet issue (they already have the particles)
Second:
Trundle could have had a whistle sound added to his ult, and police tape added to his W. (would have been awesome to hear a constable whistle with his ult)
Volibear could have had a whistle sound added to his rolling thunder.
I have no experience with eve's skin, and haven't seen it.
