Has no one reported Fizz's E?

If Fizz is attached to ANYTHING (Leblancs Snare, Fizz ultimate, etc.) During the flip animation the ability will still deal damage to him and still apply the CC.

He becomes untargetable, not invulnerable, and since dots don't just stop and tethers aren't broken, this is intended and not a bug. You can correct me with a citation that explains otherwise if you have one.

bump. Even though I dont think it makes him untarget-able, ther is the small window before or as you cast that give him vulnerability? I would like to hear an explanation as well though.

I was wondering only having played hundreds of games with him that these abilities are now hitting they are not supposed to.

Thats how it works with every leash/untargetable interaction, Vlad too.
