Kog'Maw rework to better fit his lore

So the Kog lore states that he eats, a lot, but all his current abilities are just him spewing and vomming, with no incorporation of eating anything, so I was thinking for whenever he gets reworked (and I know there are other, more pressing reworks for now, so in the far future when he inevitably is) this is my idea.

Passive: Last hitting minions and non-buff, non-epic monsters, causes Kog'Maw to eat them, saving them as "Charges," and doing so empowers his abilities, he can eat minions level 1, at level 3 he gets two, and every three levels after he can add one minion, so by level 18 he can eat seven, including super-minions, so long as he last hits them, but the more he eats the slower he moves and attacks. Empowered abilities deal damage over time from the acid coating on them.

Q: Similar to before, but Kog's Q does less damage without eating a minion, and does more with a Charge, expending it, same attack speed passive as now.

W: Passively heals Kog if he hasn't used a Charge in a period of time, freeing up one more space, but can be activated to empower his autos as long as he has Charges, three empowered autos per Charge, still lasts 8 seconds.

E: Similar to before, but does bonus damage to minions, and eating them allows Kog to digest them faster but halves his Charge gain from last hitting a minion due to them being dissolved.

R: Similar again, but instead has Kog chuck acid balls secreted from his tail at foes, like a catapult, that does bonus damage over time if a single target is hit, but is greatly reduced if multiple enemies are hit. Charges empower the acid balls even more.

Kog'Maw is no longer a young Voidborn, he is older and more intelligent than before, with new VO's and special interactions between himself, Malzahar, and other Voidborn. He is bigger, with a larger mouth and tail, as well as more spines on his back that glow depending on the amount of Charges he has, as well as the same bar counter that Annie's stun and champs with a reload mechanic have, for clarity, his tongue is sent out like a frogs tongue when he last hits a minion and drags it into him to show a Charge being gained.

I think it's reverse... he's so hungry because he's always spewing stuff up. At least that's how I see it :/

But if he's so hungry, and his lore states he devours everything in his path, then why wouldn't his kit reflect him eating and vomiting everything?
