Vayne rework concept (Very unlikely, but still fun)

Possible Vayne rework: Vayne

Vayne, the (True) Purifier

Passive: Vayne taints her bolts with the blood of her enemies, dealing 2% increased damage for every enemy champion in a 1000 range around her.

Q: Tumble Mana: 30 CD 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 Cooldown starts upon activation Vayne tumbles, firing a bolt at the nearest enemy champion, range 450, dealing 110/115/120/125/130% of her AD as physical damage.

W: Purifying Focus Passive Every time Vayne attacks a singular target without swapping targets, her damage is increased against that target by 2% per auto attack. This passive applies to all targets she attacks, but is removed against the last target once she swaps.

E: Condemn CD 20/18/16/14/12 Mana: 90 Vayne fires a heavy bolt at the heart of an enemy, stunning them if they are within 300 range of her, and slowing them for 50% for 1 second otherwise, dealing 70% of her AD as physical damage.

R: Final Hour CD 100/85/70 Mana: 90 (This is new Vayne's balancing point) Vayne gains 30/60/90 Attack Damage, 50% Attack Speed, 30/60/90 movement speed, and her attack speed cap is removed for 15 seconds. Her auto attacks CANNOT crit during the duration of Final Hour. During this time, all of Vayne's damage from all sources is halved, but is all converted to True Damage

New Vayne's purpose is purely to obliterate tanks and juggernauts alike.

Tell me whether or not you like this rework, as it removes the max health true damage, but adds that ult. There is supposed to be a fourth poll option : No, too much true damage.

i dont like it, her early game would get worse, while she has an akward spike at level 6 and then her mid game is trash, while her late game is worse
