[champion concept] an AP nuker who is actually an AD nuker

so basically, you build normal AP items like other AP nukers and has an AP ratio in his skills, but his skills give AD damage. It will be a very unique and fun champion.

Not as unique as you think. I done bruiser on that concept about month ago.

AP Miss Fortune already does this to an extent and it only makes itemization really wacky. For an example in order to make get penetration I have to build something along the lines of Last Whisper or Black Cleaver, the AD I get from these items isn't used optimally if I had because I'm building AP. Compare this power spike to when a mage buys Void Staff which gives an extra 80 AP, making AP do AD damage just doesn't work with current LOL itemization.

I think it would be nice, although there wouldn't be much of a point to it. I would play this champion just because you can build ap items and do physical damage. Although with things like Morello's or luden's it could create some diversity in gameplay. The ap items with bonus effects built on a physical damage dealer would be interesting.
