Name: Amat Title: The Master of Fun Role: Marksman, Top Difficulty: Easy to play, hard to master

Amat, the Master of Fun's play style is that of an extremely fun to play top lanner with high sustained dmg. I find having massive move speed probably the most fun thing in Leage, Amat makes this possible with a legit build (not ghost blade, righteous glory yi) and makes it possible for his allies too!

NOTE: I came up with this concept before Zoe's abilities were released.

Amat's passive is split into 2 parts Passive 1: More Fun!: Amat wants to get to the party faster, so every 8/7/5 (at lvl 1/6/11) secs of movement he gains 75 bonus movement speed for 2/3/4 secs. The timer for getting this ticks whilst the bonus is active.

Passive 2: Run n' Gun! Amat thinks standing still to attack is boring, so he can attack and move at the same time.

Q: Hide and seek Amat sets a spotlight up that goes from him to the target area (range 1500 units) at a pace of 450 MS then comes back. The spotlight reveals the area it is shining on and if it spots an enemy champion it will follow them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 secs and blind all enemy champions in the zone for 0.5 secs Cd: 15/13/12/11/10 secs Mana cost: 70/80/90/100/110

Blind : make the targets screen white

W: Magic "Trick" Amat performs a magic trick, blinking in the target direction and leaving a small arcane bomb behind. The bomb detonates after 1 second, dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (+50% of ad) (+20% of ap) physical damage to all enemies in the area. Cd:15/14/13/12/10 secs Mana cost: 80/85/90/95/100

E: Sugar Rush! Amat gives the target ally too much sugar but protects them from the side affects, causing them to gain 100/200/300/400/500 movement speed for 1 sec. Cd:20/18/16/14/12 secs Mana cost: 80/100/120/130/150

R: Laser Lights Passive: Amat's auto attacks become a continuos beam that deals the dmg that the attack would do over the time it would take to do the attack (for example if you had an attack speed of 1 attack per second and 100 AD then the beam would deal the 100 dmg spread out over the second). On-hit effects apply whenever a normal attack would hit ( if we used the same example ur on-hits would apply every second). The beam deals more dmg the longer its on a target, up to 150% of normal dmg at 2 secs this resets when Amat changes target.

Active: Amat starts a laser light show at the target area (Tower range size circle) for 3/6/9 secs. Allies in the area gain Amat's Run n' Gun passive as well as and enemies are slowed by 25% whilst in the zone Cd: 180/150/120 secs Mana cost: 100/150/200 Justification for such a long cd: Its a large AoE slow for enemies that lets allies attack and move at the same time

I see his standard build being: item 3153 1st - To help him with tanks, give him a nice active and overall increase his Dps and sustain. Will also help him proc on-hits item 3047 or item 3111 as ur boots- chose based on whether your opponent is ad or ap item 3071 2nd - As his ult passive lets him stack it stupidly quickly and it gives hp, ms on hit and flat ad item 3072 3rd or 4th - Will help him sustain and it gives ad and that nice shield item 3053 3rd or 4th - Gives hp, damage and can stop u getting busted by ad assassins item 3036 or item 3033 3rd or last - Chose based on whether u need to kill tanks or if they have a lot of sustain Even tho he is a marksman he shouldn't build attack speed or crit because his ult passive gives him huge sustained DPS without attack speed. So building full ad wont hurt u at all

[vlad-salute] If u find something wrong tell me what it is and why its wrong, and maybe even tell me why! Bye for now!

This champion doesn't seem very well adapted to the role you gave him.

To explain, I'm gonna need to run through his abilities first.

Passive: So, what boils down to out of combat movement speed. This isn't role specific, it isn't permanent even late game, and 40 isn't very much. As for the second part, that actually benefits an off-tank on-hit role top lane or a full adc. It's not nearly effective enough for roaming as a support. It... It just isn't. It also doesn't sound that fun to use, either, since trying to use the run and gun element would be incredibly technically difficult.

Q: "1/1.5/2/2.5/3 secs, dealing 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% of AP) magic damage every 0.5 seconds" or 20/60/120/200/300+20/30/40/50/60%AP unblockable damage with a 3 second effective Silence+Disarm with the blind element also shattering positioning with a 3 second duration. This ability would be the antithesis of fun to play against. Literally the only counter to it is not getting hit, and it requires almost no interaction on the players part either. This is the kind of thing you'd give to a damage building champion- a 3 second CC utility spell that is kind-of a skillshot but not really. Like... This thing moves faster than most champs, would presumable be larger, and has no listed setup time. Essentially, it's free damage and the power to turn everyone even near the target it hits into a useless pile of melting jello.

W: So, I don't have any major technical issues with this one (besides how clunky you made the ability sound in your description) so I won't rag on it, really. My main point of contention is with regards to how few ADC's and supports have useful W abilities for a support, making this ability- yet again- primed for top, or maybe mid depending on your lane opponent.

E: 500 movement speed for 1 second... This ability would be practically useless at level 1, really, but the scaling is so ridiculous that the movement buff is stronger than Zilean's E in the majority of situations. Additionally, the enemy cast makes no sense. He's doing exactly the same thing- it's not like Zilean, again, where he simply changes the direction he's manipulating time. This is just... Just insanity ("the definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and expecting a different result.") It's also not a very fun ability to use, no offense. The enemy just takes damage or an ally gains movement speed. Since you're gonna be maxing your incredibly overpowered Q first, this ability wouldn't even be worth leveling if not for the fact that his W doesn't have any relevant level scalings.

R: Okay, that passive is actually pretty cool. A little weak, in my opinion, as 150% isn't much on a support, but it flows well with the passive thing. Again, though, I can't help but feel he'd be better suited to a top-lane off-tank on-hit build. Something like item 3022 item 3153 item 3124 item 3087 item 3031 item 3047 . It would do stupid levels of damage, his passive and R passive would allow him to do all the damage he needs while his Q prevents the enemy from retaliating. Regardless, there is another element to consider here: the active.

As powerful as the active is, it has the same problem old GP ult had- randomness. It's entirely possible for the enemies to be completely unaffected by this ability, and- while less true since allies would probably try and enter them- the same technically goes for allies. It's probably pretty fun to use, all things considered, but I'm left out- once again- one why this isn't a top or mid champ. It has healing, sure, which could technically total to 500/700/1000 (+100% of ap), but that scaling is where my concern comes from. A full AP champion would be far better off than a support- only maybe getting an item 3504 for the mutual buffs, heal scalings, and still reasonable AP.

Overall, I feel like you sold the champion to the wrong role, and your counter listing is rather ill defined. You mention countering Blitz and Draven, but I see nothing here that wouldn't simply counter everyone.

And your example of copying the axe or hook raises more questions. His W copies any ability? How? What conditions make it work? You described it in a really confusing way, and even if it had the potential to copy, say, the most recent ability, it would still feel clunky as hell, and it would raise the question of how. Everything he's does before now has been throwing sugar or pulling out machines. Where does he get the magic potential to copy, say, anything from Xerath?

I don't think Amat is a bad champion. With some balancing, particularly in his Q, and a new W, I could see him becoming something great, but he's... He's just kind of boring.

With the R passive and his own, you'd only need to attack a target once, and only one of your abilities actually requires any skill, so I can't this champion being fun to play or fun to play against. The fight boils down to who brought the biggest boots.
