Idik, the envoy of true justice. female humanoid living statue. Appearance: slender old giant witch statue with a vast multitude of arms (for reference, thousand hands goddess) Type: mid ad/adc oriented.
Skilltype: mana. Ratiotype: AD. Auto attack type: ranged. Attack range: 555 Weapon: her arms, arm used in auto attacks differ in sequence. Appearance: ten arms (initially) Some of her arms wear thick bracelets, weighing them down. Shes relatively slender but quite large. Think living statue large like ravana/asura in vagrant story.
Story: Idik is a sprout of hekatonkheires, and a tribal demigod that was time upon time queried by the urwald wildlings of olden ionia. She did away with bandits and murderers and was rewarded with gold and gems in return. But these riches were a bounty upon her and before long the lowest of treasure hunting pirates pinpointed her as fair game. Though chaos ensued it were not the vast numbers of pirate scallywags that painted the cave walls with the blood of Idik. Instead Idik massacred the armies of these never ending future hunter skirmishes in a whirlwind of pugilism. That untill a man a cut above the rest entered her domain. The legendary Gangplank.
Passive: [Wallop echo] the more consecutive melee hits the wider a percentage of damage is echoed upon enemies surrounding the target. (stacks to a max of 10) (30% of total AD) (riot will have to decide the echo range from minimum to maximum) (this passive does not increase attack range, only area of effect centered on the target)
Q: [Corkscrew punch] Idik wraps all her arms together swings them overhead and lands them on the opponents head. The target is rooted for 0.5/0.8/1.0/1.3/1.5 seconds and damaged for 40/70/110/140/180(+45% bonus AD) passive: [Metal spring punch] Idik hits up to three targets close (specific proximity) to the main target rooting and damaging them for the same. Targettype: target. Range: auto attack range. CD: 30/25/22/18/15
W: [Door slam] Idik comboes a quick one two with all her arms (all left arms first for a left sweep, same right then) disabling all channels and damaging for 45/80/110/150/190(+60%bonus AD) passive: [Door slam mach II] damage increased to +80% bonus AD (in stead of the original bonus ratio) and cull enemy healing for 2 seconds during chaotic pugilist (ult). quickly hits 3 times instead of 2. Targettype: small range cone in front of Idik. Range: half the auto attack range. CD: 30/28/25/22/20.
E: [Ravaging tempest] Idik swirls around like a raging tempest punching in all directions, the first enemy she hits is for the remainder of her skill's active (if hit when the skill is about to end slow duration is inevitably nill) slowed for 40%, subsequent enemies hit are slowed for 20% . All are dealt damage for 30/65/100/130/200(+55% bonus AD) Max duration: 4s/5s/6s/7s/8s During ravaging tempest Idik cannot auto attack. Ravaging tempest can be canceled at any time. (this skill does not work like garens spin, one hit per enemy) passive: [Ride the storm] During ravaging tempest one(max) ally can click Idik to be flung away from the force, the direction that the ally is flung to is based on the direction Idik is moving during the skill. The distance traveled is about 1.5 of Idik's auto attack range. (so reasonably far). Allies flung by ride the storm cannot move over high terrain and will stop in place when hitting terrain (wont be stunned for the remainder of distance). passive: [Ravaging maelstrom] Ravaging tempest will draw in enemies from a set distance (not increasing aoe, slow and damage only set in when actually hit. Targettype: instant. Range: aoe on self. CD: 40/38/36/33/30.
R: [Chaotic pugilist] Idik gains double the amount of arms increasing her auto attack damage by a flat 15% and giving every one of her skills more effects for a set duration. 5s/10s/15s Targettype: instant. CD: 140/120/100
Just another idea i had for a (imo more fun) champion (than the usual 'two dashes five stuns and true damage champs'.) Idik would mostly be played as a cqc punishing chaser, therefore be better top or mid than adc but god knows how she could work against meta lanes bot. Sorry for not adding stat numbers, its a bit of a hassle. -ihaveapotion.
