Iria and Celes, The Deadly Twins
Short summary: Marksman and fighter swapper profiting from their abilities at high level of impatience (heat mechanix here). Tried to make W best to max first folowed by E and then Q but tell me if i failed. I tried to make this character as sort of tag team that we lost with Quinn rework. Hope you like it Im open to any critique and im looking forward to you feedback.

Both twins have black hair and blue eyes. Celes has short cut hair while Iria has a ponytail. They both are of average height and weight. Both are quite pale.
For weapons Celes uses short sword (SC5 Zwei) holding it in left hand and Iria uses large crossbow holding it in left hand too. (NWN 1 large crossbow)
Story:
Noxus. Place where strong thrive and weak despair. In its darker streets this is all the more true. Many people dissapear never to be seen again. Those who survive in this harsh environment often make groups to make the living easier. Criminals, deserters, thiefs and amongst them...kids. Orphans left to live on their own or die trying. Always on the move always fighting for their life. Ugly life for those unfit. Yet there are those who are strong enough to call Noxian streets their home. Twins Celes and Iria were one of those. They learned to fight without honor. To live without it. On the streets honor is a burden. The twins learned that quickly relying on noone but on each other. In the end though they were forced to join a group of outcasts for survival. Their actions grew bolder and more dangerous. Starting with pickpocketing and small thievery they ended up with burglary and raiding of the small merchants. Then came the inevitable. A single mistake cost the twins dearly. Trailed by the guards they were surrounded and to be captured they fought as they always did. During the fight Celes killed one of the guards but even then they were overpowered and outnumbered. The trial was swift. Fight for the pleasure of bored guards in the arena or meet the Glorious executioner. The twins chose the arena. Them and 20 others in a bloody death match till the last man is left standing. That person would be granted a chance to join the army. Knowing a few tricks from their life on the streets twins managed to be the last two. Order to fight each other was met with refusal from both siblings. „Their potential is spectacular, but only if together. They will be a good addition to our army,“ echoed from the tribune. The Hand of Noxus was looking down on them from his place. „Send them to the camp I will explain this myself,“ these words from Darius ended all the discussion. For three years they were trained in a art of war. Celes became a swordsman, Iria became a sharpshooter with crossbow. Instructors soon realized that when separated twins were of almost no use. Not better than any average soldier. While together they were force to be reckoned with. Twins matured and their mentality of honor in fighting is a burden grew ever so slightly. In a preparation for Ionian invasion they saw many of the great heroes of Noxian army as they visited the camp. Only Darius came to see them, to see their proggress. He was pleased with their development and maturity assigning them to invasion forces. There they met with Riven master of blade who was a becoming star of Noxus. Iria was envious of the attention Riven got from her peers as she too wanted to be known. She wanted to make Riven her equal. Celes on the other hand was blown away by Riven´s skill with a blade her mastery and her resolve, but most of all, her beauty. He tried desperately to gain her attention but in vain. Her focus was on her mission to fight for Noxus. Both siblings took part in a Noxian invasion who ultimately brought nothing but defeat and shame to Noxus. Dissapearance and presumed death of Riven also made mark on their confidence. Nevertheless they still thrive to make themselves known not only in Noxus but in all Runeterra as well.

Passive:
Impatient and overzelous
Every time Seles/Iria hit enemy champion with basic attack they generate 5 impatience, 10 impatience for hitting ability. Being above 50 impatiance doubles the impatience gained. Htting minions grants only half the impatience. After reaching 50 his/her abilities gain additional effect as the other twin wants to join too. At 100 impatience the twins switch if-is attacked or attacks enemy, or after 5 seconds. Being out of combat for 20 seconds causes impatience to drop by 5 every 3 seconds.

Seles (melee) bonuses: +0.79 AD per level, +15 movement speed, +5 + 0.25 armor per level, + 1 +1.25 per level MR. Switching near enemy champion will grant +30% movement speed for 3 seconds while moving towards it. Iria (ranged) bonuses: +450 range, +5% attack speed per level Switching near enemy champion will grant +30% movement speed for 3 seconds while moving away from it.
Seles´ Q I´m in!: CD: 12/11/10/9/8 Range: 700 Speed: 1200
Seles charges in a straight line dealing 40/45/50/55/60 (+0.7 bonus AD) physical damage along the way. Deals 50% damage to minions. (doesnt stop upon collision.)
50 Impatience bonus:
Volley: Iria shoots bolts in a circle around her brother dealing 20-110 (+0.4 bonus AD) physical damage. These bolts stop at first enemy hit.
100 Impatience switch Seles prepares to charge only to be pushed back by Iria who immidiately (without charging-see her Q) shoots Armor breaker in charge´s supposed direction.
Iria´s Q
Armor breaker:
CD: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 Range: 900 Speed: 1850
Iria starts loading her crossbow for 1 second slowing herself for 60%. Then she can shoot a deadly bolt in selected direction dealing 30/40/50/60/70 (+0.5 bonus AD) physical damage to the first enemy champion hit and reducing its armor by 25%. Deals damage to minions along the way. She can hold this ability for up to 4 seconds and can move while holding it slowing herself for 30%. (damage dealt before armor reduction)
50 Impatience bonus: Get Back!: If enemy champion is hit and is 400 units or less away from Iria, Seles charges in and knocks enemy champion back to Iria´s max range.
100 impatience switch
Iria shoots her bolt. If she hits enemy the bolt will do only half damage and applies armor reduction, second half is dealt by Seles instead who appears in front of enemy. If she misses Seles will only appear at her casting location.
Seles´ W: I´m not alone! CD: 14/13/12/11/10 Range: 800
Seles beckons Iria to mark a target with Target of Honorless. (Target priority: Last hit enemy champion-lowest HP enemy champ-last enemy hit-lowest hp enemy-any enemy) Upon hitting the marked target with basic attack or Q the mark will be proced dealing 4/5/6/7/8% (1% per every 100AD) maximum HP additional damage and grating Seles 30% movement speed bonus for 1 second. Deals 25% damage if Recently marked debuff is active. Applies Recently marked debuff for 14/12/10/8/6 seconds. Reaplication is not possible.
50 impatience bonus Marked for death 1 second after casting Iria targets marked enemy (who gets notification) if it is still in range. After 0.5 second she shoots projectile towards it. If it hits the mark is procced and Seles is granted double the movement speed bonus for double the duration.
Range: 800 Speed of shot: 1600 100 impatience switch Iria marks enemy only to push her brother away and join the fight herself. She can proc mark for 25% of its damage and full MS.
Iria´s W: Deadly precision (this gains impatience 5/10 up to 10/20 depending on level of impatience 0-50 and 50-100) CD: 24/21/18/15/12 Range: 575
Iria fixes on enemy making her able to shoot on it while moving for 3 seconds. Movement speed and Attack speed is reduced by 20/15/10/5/0% while Deadly precision is active.
50 impatience bonus No getting away! First and every fourth bolt makes Seles rush towards enemy slowing it by 40% for 0.25 seconds.
100 impatience switch After shooting bolt that gains 100 impatience Iria is persuaded to switch with Seles who then rushes to target.
Seles´ E (this ability gains impatience as auto attacks) Here, not there! CD: 6 seconds Seles´ next basic attack makes him dash behind his target and immidiately start another attack that deals 40/45/50/55/60 (+0.4total AD) physical damage and stunning enemy for 0.25 seconds.
50 impatience bonus Iria´s mark Iria marks enemy with Target of Honorless for second strike. Deals 25% if Recently marked debuff is active. Applies Recently marked debuff for 14/12/10/8/6 seconds (scales with W rank). Reaplication is not possible.
100 impatience switch After first strike, Iria leaps in knocking back enemy and gaining movement speed bonus while moving away from enemy champion. Iria´s E (this ability gainst impatience for each aa hit 5-10 impatience)
Sharpshooter´s mark Range: 1200 CD: 20/18/16/14/12
Iria focuses on enemy forming a mark in 2.5 seconds. If enemy leaves range or Iria looses sight of him the mark is destroyed. The mark is primed after 2.5 seconds after cast increasing range of Iria´s next AA in 1 second against this target by 225 and dealing 20/30/40/50/60 (+.3 bonus AD) physical damage.
50 Impatience bonus: Spotter on duty! Seles now reveals enemy champion in range for 1.5 seconds. (making him visible for over half of the cast-no hiding in bushes)
100 impatience switch After shooting bolt Seles jumps in on position of enemy.
Team Ultimate: Level 1: This ability is unlocked for 30 seconds after start. You starts game as Iria but you can use this to switch to Celes. Tag Team Both twins join the fray granting bonus for both for 8 seconds. This ability causes you to control Seles and doubles his AA range making him dash towards target with every autoattack (inner CD of 2 seconds). This also increases his AA speed by X (Iria passive AS bonus).With every third auto attack against same enemy Iria sprays the cone area in front of him dealing 20/30/40 (+0.6 bonus AD) physical damage.
Synergies: Janna: Bonus AD, Shield for Celes while CC to protect Iria? Count me in.
Lulu: Shields? Check. Healing? (Athene´s) Check. Bonus HP? Check. Movement speed? Check. Top laner for every situation.
Lee sin: Put any early game jungler and profit. Early game jungler can provide the pressure in lane that Twins need to scale up.
Counters: Zed: Ultimate counter to twins. Celes lacks any means to deal with Zed´s poke other than all in and even then Zed can just W away. Iria is also too squishy to deal with Zed´s all in making her a sitting duck in lane forcing twins to play more passive then they should.
Maokai: This undying tree proves that cutting him down wont be easy. He packs a serious ammount of CC that can prove deadly to squishies like twins. Also his tankyness prevents them from retaliating.
Nautilus: If there is something nightmare inducing about Nautilus its his insane ammount of CC and capabilities to catch out immobile enemies. Both of these criterias make him an excelent counter to both immobile ADCs and Assasins. So have fun dealing with Naut if you are both.
