Champion concept Timor the manifestation of the night
Lore Timor has always existed ,so long as there was light there was darkness sitting at the edge of your room in the corner of your eye that little motion you saw you were certain was nothing that noise you hear you know is just the wind that is Timor. He sneaks to the mortal realm in order to bring darkness and nighttime to the earth but flees every morning in fear of the light .Timor resides in a place outside of time and existence a realm so alien so different than our own there are no words in the mortal language that describe it. Few have traveled to his realm and even fewer have returned those that have or more correctly those Timor has allowed to return go mad and speak in tongues babbling senselessly. Timor having done this many times desired to conquer the mortal realm and soon learned of the League, he thought " If I can defeat this worlds defenders no one will dare stop me " and so he began his conquest amused by the League he is distracted.. for now.

Abilities Passive Darkness : Timor uses darkness to draw his power for abilities , in order to regain darkness he must be unseen for 3 seconds , invisible, or in brush , or not having hostile vision on himself.
Q Noctis: Timor empowers his next attack dealing magic damage with a 45% chance of dealing either a fear or blind ( 22.5% )

Passive Timor becomes invisible when behind enemy units granting stacks of night every 2 seconds invisible.
Active Timor after 45/38/35/32/30 stacks of night deals magic damage equal to a third of his AD in his next attack.
When the active is activated the passive goes on cooldown. Cooldown 14/11/8/6/5
E The corner of your eye Timor teleports behind the targeted enemy champion at exactly 120 degrees. CD 30/27/24/21/18 Cost 110 Darkness Range 550
R Tenebris Timor channels for 3 second (any damage puts the ability on half cool down) becoming untargetable and invisible for 4 seconds all attacks and abilities during this time attack every opposing unit.

Recall animation Creates 5 pillars of darkness before creating a throne of darkness and sitting. Q animation Hands turn to purple blades W On activation Timor puts his claws into the ground and and leaves shadow marks on the ground E Timor collapses into himself and appears at the location R Timor laughs maniacally before evaporating. Whenever he uses and ability or attacks shadows of the champion being attacked are created and uses the ability/ attack so they would on themselves.
