Zilean's Clock

I don't know about anyone else but I feel like Zilean's clock is entirely to large. I know that it makes him who he is, but you can't even see Zilean underneath it. I was thinking if they redesigned him to make the clock gears the size of a backpack or so. It also opens a lot of skin options for him. I know he isn't a forgotten champ because they are making new changes to his kit.
