Nurse Jinx Skin ("The Evil Within" meets League of Legends)

I think a Nurse Jinx Skin would be really cool! BUT IT HAS TO SHOW JINX'S PERSONALITY!! I am thinking "The Evil Within" meets League of Legends. It has to be psychotic. Bloody. Humorous even. Like Jinx. I think all skins should show parts of the champ a lot more. Skins are supposed to be "skin". A part of the champ! :D
