Alec, The Temporal Weapon [Champion Concept]
Intro: Alec is a highly mobile assassin. Designed to evade enemy tanks and make it to the back line to high value targets. I havent thought of ability names yet, any suggestions are welcome.

Passive: :
Alec swaps between ranged and melee based on the distance to his target. Both are considered basic attacks and will proc on hit effects. Alec uses his katana on enemies less than 175 range dealing 5/10/15+(1.05 Total AD) physical damage instead of basic attacks. He will throw knives at targets more than 175 range away from him and less than 500 instead of using his melee attacks. These attacks deal 10/25/40(+0.85 Total AD).

Alec stutters in time attacking 3 times for 46/52/58/64/70% normal damage.

Passive: Alec's attacks slow the time around his target debuffing them and stacking up to 3 times. Reduces movement speed, attack damage, ability power, and attack speed by 3/5/7/9/11%.
Active: Alec buffs himself on attacks for 6 seconds stacking up to 3 times. he gains 3/5/7/9/11% attack speed and movement speed.
Cost: Mana: 60/70/80/90/100 CD: 20/18/16/14/12

Alec skips time for a period blinking to target location and becoming untargetable.
Cost: Mana: 80/85/90/95/100 CD: 17/16/15/14/13

After a 1.5s channel, Alec Teleports to target location gaining 3 stacks on (E) and debufing each enemy within 1000 range by 1 tack of (E). All of Alec's Basic abilities have their CD's reduced by 50% for 6 seconds upon successfully casing (R). (CD REduction is applied to the new CD's for this duration.)
