Ranked Game Loading Bug?

Went to start a ranked game, during select the game just completely froze, and i actually had to restart my entire computer to get it to resolve. thought "eh, i wont bother with ranked then since ill have to wait 5 for "dodging"". so when i log in it says its detected corrupted files, does an update that takes several minutes, and when i finally get logged in... i'm in the game.... so now i have to play 5 levels down. needless to say as a top laner that cant teleport into fights while my opponent can we lost the lead my team mustered up in the lanes.

all is well though, just 1 game is all.

so i play a few other games, aram, normal, dominion to test it out and make sure the "corrupted files" are all fixed, all does well. go to do another ranked and during the load it stops, boots me out, gives me a bugsplat, and pops up a window saying critical components are missing. i completely close the client and restart it, does the corrupted files thing again, get into another game finally, this time i'm lvl 1 gp vs a lvl 7 tyrnd... so now i have lost 2 ranked games i shouldn't have (i havent done ranked in a while and have gotten much better, had won my last several in a row quite easily carrying a lot of them).

is this a bug with just the ranked q?
