[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Nervia - Mistress of illusion

Hey guys, it's me again,

today I've got an idea about a new champion, which should be played as a ranged mage support - Nervia, the Mistress of illusion. Numbers are matter to change.

Appearance: She should absolutely look like a doll - pale, perfect, beautiful. Like a little girl. I imagine her as a gothic lolita with an umbrella. Her clothes should be black/silver or black/white.

Passive: Haunting Sin Whenever Nervia attacks an enemy with an ability, she gains stacks of dark butterflies. When she reaches 3 stacks, she releases a storm of black butterflies (by using an ability on the enemy) on the target and reveals them and slowing them for 30%/40%/50% for 1.75 seconds. Furthermore, Nervia draws Mana from the target shrouded in butterflies.

Q: Murky Betrayal Cooldown: 10/8/6/5.5/5 (skillshot) On enemies: Nervia closes her umbrella and fires a shot of dark energy towards her enemy, silencing it for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/2.0 seconds and dealing 70/110/150/190/230 (+0.75 ability power) magic damage. The ability leaves a mark on the target and when an ally triggers the mark, it will deal bonus magic damage and giving the ally a short MS bonus, On allies: Nervia closes her umbrella releasing a shot of dark energy towards her ally, providing him/her with a shield (40/80/120/160 + 0.35 ability power) that is growing bigger (for 20 bonus shield for each normal hit) for the duration the target is in combat by using its normal hits.

W: Mimicry Cooldown: 20/16/14/12/10 Nervia can use the last ability used on her, which has the same effect. For example, if the enemy Janna knocks Nervia up, Nervia can use Janna's q aswell. It will have the same effect and deal the same amount of BASE damage (+ 0.5 ability power OF NERVIA) to the enemies.
Passive: Nervia gains 10/20/30/40/50 ability power when she storages an ability casted on her.

E: Eternal Defrayal Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/7 Nervia empowers an ally and makes them of immune to any kind of CC for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, but in exchange, Nervia gets all of the CC used on the ally she empowered. This cannot be casted on herself. All of the CC casted on the ally give stacks to Nervia and when she reaches three stacks, her Passive is casted on the enemies in a cone in front of the ally who was empowered by Nervia.

R: Dark Pursuit Cooldown: 100/90/70 Nervia targets an ally and makes a mirror image of it, which deals damage. This Mirror Image deals damage and follows the enemies and Nervia can control it. When the Mirror Image is killed, Nervia can decide wether to teleport to the location the mirror image died or to deal 250/300/350 (+ 0.6 ability power) in an AoE. The ally who attacked the enemy (who will die maybe because of the damage) gets the kill, not Nervia. If a target is killed, Nervia creates another Mirror Image of the ally following the others.

Lore: Nervia is a child of the darkness - nobody knows where she comes from, or what her purpose is - but one thing is known - she likes to play with her foes at their lives cost's. She was born with this power and it is growing stronger and stronger. Since she is a kid already, she lurks through the murky streets of Noxus, deceiving lost souls and driving them mad. This is the only thing making her happy. Her thirst of power grows bigger and bigger and she wants to make her whole appearance an illusion, while herself being in back and laughing continuously while watching her enemies' torture and death. Once, her thirst of agony was so strong, that she drove her parents crazy and they hanged themselves. She can't controle her power anymore and enters the League of Legends, continuing with her endless magic tricks.

The lore is quite short. I was not sure wether to make her a supporter or a mid laner, but I liked the idea of an evil supporter, since we have no evil ones already. She could go mid aswell, but for that I may change some abilities but keep her theme.

I'd like to hear some feedback or some changes you'd like!

W won't work. there are too many skills that are dependent on a secondary factor. Imagine Darius ult, Sejuani E, Azir Q and E, Zed ult, etc.

not that the mimicry idea is bad, but it just can't work.

Also, that means you could survive (say, Sej ult, veigar ult/E, etc.) and suddenly get an incredibly powerful ability for free.

Nice concept, though you neglected to list any costs of the abilities, and forgot the scaling for her Q's shield at rank 5. I'm in agreement with most others, her W is a little strong, especially if it mimics ults. The E seems complex, but new and interesting. As for her ult, how will she decide whether it explodes or she teleports to it? And as for the kill effect, does this stack? Are there more copies with more kills the duplicated gets?

first of all I am going to be harsh so I am sorry but I am not going to be in a negative way ^ ^

let's start with her Q , the silnce is 2 sec and cd is 5 sec so for a support you almost always want to go to a 40% cdr so it's going to be 3 sec cd on a 2 sec silnce ?!!! this isn't urf it should be a slow instead of the silnce or some form of cc with a much higher cd with lower cc time like 1/13/11/9/7 which will slow for 40% for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2 sec this way it's more balanced

her W is really interesting in a good way, but it will have alot or restriction to work in a balanced and non-useless way. the restriction should be on ulty's and it shouldn't for melee spells that is on hit like leona's Q or irelia's W since it will be broken . and for the storage the ap should be reversed so she will lose 50/40/30/20/10 ap when she store something just to make her try to be more about the cc and less about the damage ,since support go for cc .also league hates to let support out of bot so that spell is kinda op in solo lane.

her E is broken strong but in the same time it's really interesting spell and I think it should be the ulty but with around 150/130/110 cd and it should last for 2/2.5/3 sec because it's almost an olaf's ulty . you should imagine trynd ,yi,jax,kata and many more champion when they become immune to cc they will be broken op for the duration and since all the champion I mentioned can kill 1 champion before the end of the duration so it's huge game changing spell so it really should be an ulty

and for her ulty it's basically a zed's W combined with shaco's ulty you really should delete in my opinion and put instead of it another E that is more balanced ^ ^

you need to change the cd and the ap ratio's right now I see this champion as solo laner which isn't good for support as much is it is good in other roles just because of the ap ratio's

over all this is the first time I have seen a champion concept that is really nice and doable and not broken, it's really good ^ ^
