ust a sudden thought...say something like..."Svelmo's Gauntlet" (Obv. not svelmo.. ) but anyway. Is a gauntlet, maybe...~90 ad and unique passive: +30% (or other) ad..so literally jsut rabaadons fro ad

I don't think you understand how AD and AP scaling works. This would be terrible.

This is bad, really bad. People have enough AD as it is: Rabadon's is for mages to scale into late. Marksman and AD casters obviously have an easy time scaling into late, as they can simply buy their lifesteal AD items which aren't reduced to shit.
