League Spectate Option

Riot, most people don't remember this but league used to have a spectate a challenger/ high rank game box where you could spectate challenger player's games in the league client. I really liked this feature and it helped me learn a lot of tricks and techniques to use while playing my own game. I am asking if you could add this back again. - Thanks for your time.
