Why Do People Intentionally Feed?

After many, and I mean MANY games of league of legends you always find yourself caught in a feeders game. But then there are also the games where people deliberately make your life miserable because of their own misfortune. Whether it be by choosing an improper champion for their role, taking ghost, and running it down, or staying in your lane and stealing your experience just to annoy you and put you further behind. It really is disgraceful for this day in age to find it unsurprising to end up with these negative types of players in your game. What is there motive for doing this to the community and is there a solution? The motive of almost all Inting players (from personal experience) is that they are tilted or they don't get what they want. My previous league of legends game was with an inter who decided to play Sol and run it down into our lanes because i said to him in lobby "Elise is bad". Which obviously has different view points, but I've almost never had a good experience with a gold Elise player in my game. And I didn't mean for this to tilt him especially since after we (as a team) said that he could play whoever he wanted with no toxicity implied. He continued to pick Sol instead of Elise meanwhile saying nothing and takes ghost and smite at the very end of the lobby time. I checked his match history and of no avail he hadn't previously fed that i could see so i didn't dodge. Sadly there isn't a solution to this type of behavior no matter how hard the restrictions because there will always be these types of players. Whether they're consistent in Inting or sporadic, no system will be able to tell who is good and who is bad.
