Jinx Sister is real!!! check this out

OK so gotcha this is just my opinion but please read this. Give feedback.

Minx (THIS IS JINXS SISTER)

Ok so before anyone says anything I am positive there has been many post about this and I haven’t read all of them but some I have. I am positive also Riot has their own plans for the release of Jinx’s sister, should it ever happen, but I really wanted to try and make a cool idea out of this possible scenario. I thought it would really be cool is Jinx and her sister had some synergy and what better way to make that apparent than make her sister a support class character. Below is the lore and afterwards will be the skills. So here goes, love everyone to comment on thoughts

Lore:

Many don’t know the true story to how Jinx got away from the crumbling treasury when she faced off against the abrasive officer of the law, Vi. To this day many people still think the maniac just simply couldn’t die and bested the capable officer Vi. After that battle in the treasury Vi went on a downward spiral of going overboard, more than usual, on her victims, using excessive force on them beyond measures.

The true story is Jinx had some help that went unseen. Her sister, who might be even more of a wack job then Jinx gave her a special gift just for the attack on the treasury. She gave to her a little orb that attached to her hip and when she pressed the button it puts a protective barrier that can hold immense pressure off of it for a short period of time. Just long enough to survive the collapse of the building and escape through the settling dust.

Her name is Minx and man is she scary, like bat crap crazy kind of crazy. Once she was chased by so many officers she just stopped in the middle of the chase and started screaming like crazy. All of the sudden this scream became so terrifying that the officers stopped in their tracks and wouldn’t dare go closer. The officers complained they felt weaker after this for a short time and felt they couldn’t chase her anymore and this is why she got away.

She has never been captured and she alone has terrorized people and given aid to Jinx without anyone ever seeing it. When Jinx left for the league of legends Minx felt alone for quite some time and got tired of terrorizing people without her sister. She decided to head to the League of Legends to help her sister rain destruction down on anyone who would dare stand against the two of them.

Abilities:

Ok let’s get to the fun.

Passive: Minx gains 1% / 1.5% / 2% / 2.5% (scales at level 1/5/10/15) based of our base Move speed for each enemy she has recently used any ability on, decays over the span of 2 seconds. No stacking allowed. Can only occur on the same target every 4 seconds.

Q: Maniacal Laugh: 75/125/175/225 Mana

Minx’s begins to laugh for .5 / .75 / 1 / 1.25 seconds force all champions with 200 units to become stuck. During this time targets deal 5% / 7.5% / 10% / 12.5% less damage and cannot move. They can use all skills and auto attacks during this time.

W: Anger Management

Passive: anytime Minxs takes damage she will scream in angel and for the next 5 seconds her auto attacks will do 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% of her current ability power. Can only occur every 10 seconds.

E: Blast Zone Beacon: 75/125/175/225 Mana

Minx throws a targeting beacon on a target (can be minion or large monster). This allows all auto attacks to deal 4% / 6% / 8% / 10% increase damage to the target.She does not deal increased damage to this target. 15 second cooldown. The same target cannot receive the beacon within 30 seconds of placement of previous beacon.

R: Super Buster Shield: 100 / 150 / 200 Mana

Minx is ready to fight to the death.

Passive: Minx has 10% bonus health regen while this ability is not on cooldown.

Active: Minx throws “Super Buster Shield” on target ally champion (including self) and all abilities for the next .5 / .75 / 1.5 seconds reflect back in the same direction they came from dealing only 50% damage with whatever they collide with. Cooldown 120 / 110 / 100 seconds.

Pros:

Good health sustain in lane post lvl 6

Amazing teamfight ability and great early lane pressure

Good for bursting down jungle objectives and dragons and barons

Doesn’t need to take exausht as a standard support would because of Q.

Cons:

Heavy mana required skills cause early game to be about timing of skills rather than spamming skills.

She can easily over commit to a fight early and find herself needing her passive to escape.

With a very low base health she is really need to be sure of when she engages that trades will be worth it.

Only self-source of damage is her passive from W. Must rely on increase teammates damage to win fights with their damage. She can just control the speed and movement in the fight.

I understand she is built strong but she has some huge gaps I am hoping people see. The high mana cost on abilities and her low HP allow her to be bullied back fairly well early game. Also if she doesn’t build some mana increase or regen items even mid game she will suffer being useful for only a small period of time. She is designd to be similar to jinx with the speed bonuses so that they have synergy in movements. She is also designed to work with with other CC adc’s like jinx, ashe, varus. ADCs like ashe and varus can find themselves strong again with the ability to stack easy snares like both their ultimates being easier to aim because of her Q. Minx is designed to help make all ADC’s viable picks but yes she is very strong. I will admit it but I wanted her to be a support like braum that if played by a good player can make a struggling adc still have a chance of coming back. She is meant to be able to turn a teamfight in an instant if played right.
