Pre-reworks

Dear Riot,

For those of us who enjoyed a champion before they received a major rework, would it be possible to make those pre-rework forms available to those of us who owned said champions in their pre-reworked forms in custom games?

I know there would be certain details needing to be hashed out, like what would constitute as a "major" or "minor" rework, but there are some obvious champions we can point out (Galio, Poppy, and soon-to-be Urgot (these are my time, I'm sure there have been a few more)). I don't expect anyone to make every single stat change available to relive, just the old abilities and art.
