Champion Concept. Oreiro the weaver of dreams
The Oneiromancer or "Dream-Mancer" He who practices in the divination of dreams.
-A young child born unto Ionian parents and left all alone after their murder during the Noxus invasion- -To seek solace he escaped into a world within his dreams but unlike yours or mine these dreams held far more weight than most.- -The dreams he weaves are solid, tangible and at times dangerous. Able to affect him, others or the very fabric of reality around him-
Passive: Creeping Insomnia. -The dreams and nightmares of those with strong wills that pass away flow from the mind as the soul passes from the body leaving a scar upon the landscape- Killing an enemy champion or assisting in killing an enemy champion based on the level of the champion killed or an epic monster leaves behind a physical manifestation of Nightmare, dark and deep the shadowy depths of the terror within never adequately lets your eyes fully capture the potential horrors within.
Increases the movement speed of all champions that are exiting it by 5%, decreases the movement speed of enemy champions that are entering it by 10%. Enemy champions that stay standing still within the zone for 2.5 seconds are feared from the center for 3 seconds no matter how far the center is and cannot be feared again during that champion's life.
Creeping insomnia affects all abilities that come in contact with a champion on the affected zones Q- Increased movement speed, pass through impassable terrain, stays within it to affect the game for 20% of his respawn time if he dies while using Q
W- If an enemy champion suffers sleep paralysis on Creeping Insomnia they are feared if they stood still for 2.5 seconds after the paralysis wears off and their armor and magic resist are shredded by 10~30%
E- An ally or Oreiro that uses his E on creeping insomnia ground their mana or energy is restored to a scaling amount and they gain a buff "Well Rested" increasing all EXP gained by 2% for the next 60 seconds if they sleep the full duration.
R- activating or walking across Creeping Insomnia areas while in Pavor nocturnus removes the movement speed penalty
Creeping insomnia cannot be cleansed or cleared by any means besides an allied champion dying near or on top of the creeping insomnia ground. If SETH dies near or on the creeping insomnia it doesn't clear the segment of affected areas but instead places the soul of Oreiro within it letting him traverse as far as that zone of creeping insomnia goes using his abilities for 20% of his respawn time duration. Zone cleared also depends on the champion level that dies.
Q-Astral Projection or "Out of body experience" 39 second cooldown. 20 second cooldown if his astral self dies Oreiro's movement speed decreases by increments before he falls asleep after 2 seconds.5 seconds depending on skill rank his body falls asleep and his spiritual manifestation leaves having 50% of all his base stats(before activating his Q) 150% attack speed and 120% of his base movement speed or 150% of his base movement speed if he goes to sleep on Creeping Insomnia terrain or walks into it in his Astral form. If creeping terrain is on both sides of impassable terrain he can move through the normally impassable area.
If he dies during his Q he's forcibly returned to his body and suffers shock causing him to lose 150%, 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% of the damage he took as true damage to his body. While he's in astral projection, his body is capable of being attacked and has 0 magic resistance during the skill. If he's knocked back, silenced, pulled, knocked up or killed he's forced out of the astral projection. However if his body or astral projection are on creeping insomnia terrain his passive state takes priority.
W- Noctambulism or "Sleep walking" (Don't wake someone who's sleep walking) Oreiro takes a stance that looks as if he's walking while asleep, stumbling and moving much slower, audibly mumbling and his movement speed decreases by 50% for as long as the skill is channeled. costing some amount of mana per second. Once de-activated goes on a 30 second cooldown His armor and magic resist increases by a range of 30%~90% based on either skillrank or scaling. anyone who attacks him in any way will put the skill on cooldown and the enemy champion who first attacked be afflicted with a 3 second long sleep paralysis where they are completely aware of their surroundings but cannot move (it's a stun that cannot be cleared by anything but the summoner spell cleanse or mikhail's )
E- paradoxical sleep. Oreiro places down his security blanket that he carries, the last memento from his dead parents offering it to either himself, his allies or even his enemies. Emits a cool pale aura that will heal anyone that uses it for a large sum. 60 second cooldown. lasts for 3 seconds and can be canceled by movement or any damage above 5% of the target's max HP. (basically don't let chogath get this or he's going to have the comfiest of naps). Will restore 30%,60%,90%,120% of the target's current HP/s Refreshing over the duration by every second+ scaling AP/AD/HP whatever Riot wants, extra healing. Yes an enemy can steal this for the same results resulting in a revenge buff giving SETH 20% increased damage towards a target that has stolen his blanket and increased movement speed in their direction. (But Rom, Oreiro has no damage, what good is this buff?)
R- Pavor nocturnus or "Night terror" Oreiro slows down his movement speed by 80% before falling asleep after 3~.75 seconds depending on rank after which he assumes his Terror form. 120~90 second cooldown and lasts for 20, 30, 40 seconds cooldown starts when the skill ends. All of his abilities are replaced by his terror form's abilities and he moves 20% slower.
Q. Release. Night Terror pulls his arms close to his chest before releasing an two arcs of a scaling AD or AP slashes infront of him doing high damage after 1.5 second cast time. 8 second cooldown
W. Falling down. Night channel tethers to a target and if he remains tethered to the target for 2.5 seconds the target falls asleep and falls down taking 10% of their max HP in damage. 15 second cooldown
E Recurring Nightmares passive. 20 second cooldown the first auto attack triggers Night terror to thrust his claws into the target doing 5%,10%,15% current HP damage basic attacks before ending with a 20% max HP basic attack.
R: Cancel tranformation(Canceling the transformation forces Oreiro to lose 50% of his current HP and move 10% slower till that HP is recovered
