Japanese Voice actors on english client, possible?

I've been a fan of the voice actors for japanese udyr and project jhin, would it be against terms of service to change them to their Japanese counterparts?

Yes, you can just change the locales file and set it to read only so it wont get changed back by an update, that lets you set different languages and regions.
