skin for diamond V +

I think there should be an exclusive skin for the top ~2% or so of League players, or those in diamond or higher. such an accomplishment merits some type of special reward... more then just a boarder or icon, something more 'tangible'.

this would make an even bigger incentive to climb up the ranks, to obtain a bad ass skin. right now victorious skins are available to gold and higher, which is about 30% of the player base, or 475,000 people, which is not special at all.
