why the league community (uniquely) sucks

why does the league community suck to a level unprecedented by any major multiplayer games? i've taken a 3 month break and that's given me a bit of perspective.

the reason is subtle, and it takes a keen, unbiased eye. you imagine the average North American league player and what do you see?

have you ever been in a Skype call with a bunch of league players you've never met? or skype/teamspeak/curse/ventrilo whatever the hell kids use these days. what was their demographic?

the demographic of League players are mostly autistic, non-social, Southeast Asian, East Asian & a bit of latino American/Canadian first or second generation immigrants who don't have nearly the composure or empathy of white kids/adults, which explains why the WoW community in 2007 was excellent, and this community absolute garbage, ask any Asian who's played on an oriental server what the community's like, and they'll say it's far worse there.

Now you know what few know, and of the few who know, even fewer speak. Go forth in light of your new truth, and blind the world with its radiance.
