Qeuur the peculiar

This is just another champion idea I came up with that I think is quite cool and different from what's in the game right now.

Lore There was once a young boy, who lived in a small village outside of shurima. No matter what the boy did he would never get respect or even appreciation for what he did. Driven by anger the boy snuck into shurima and ascended himself. Slowly he began to turn into a bird, a beautiful eagle almost. But then came Azir, he pulled him away from the disk and ascended himself. With his new found might he began to attack the boy slicing away parts of his wings and his tail of completely. As Azir was about to kill him the area around them crumpled down barring the boy but leaving Azir.

The boy soon awoke to see a lamb and a wolf, they both were ready to strike when they asked who should deliver his death. When the boy responded with "I challenge you both to a duel, if I lose I will become your slave if I win you bring me back to my world.". Soon the boy defeated the two. But one he woke up he was surprised to see shurima destroyed.
