Witch Idea In Vayne's Lore

-Mildred - The Brooding Terror (Zombie Champion Idea)

Does not use mana. Some abilities have health costs.

Theme: Mildred is the revived corpse of a witch slain by Vayne. She is half-zombie-half witch, possessing the ability to get into melee range with bursts of movement speed while also providing some interesting ulilty for her allies with ranged cc and use of buffs/debuffs.

In Vayne's Lore, a Witch had killed her father when she was a child: -And with three beckoning bolts, Vayne slays the witch who took her father's life so many years ago. However, the witch's power was more mysterious than anyone could imagine. In a final effort to survive, Mildred enfuses her remaining mystic energy into a dead corpse, later to rise from the ground and seek revenge on the Nighthunter.

-The idea of being a zombie is to get into your enemies face and claw away at them. A witch on the otherhand wants to deal with her enemies at range. Mildred's kit gives the player the strong presence as a melee duelist, while having just enough ulitily and range to feel mage-like.


Passive: Rotting Layers Upon recieving damage, MIldred gains increased health regeneration and movement speed for 4 seconds. The effect is stronger when damaged by champions, Mildred's health costs, or large monsters. Passive can reset itself every 10 seconds.

    -When proced by Champions, Mildred's ability costs, or Large Monster: ** 100 Health over 4 seconds & +30 Base Movement Speed**.

-When proced by minions, monsters, or turrets: 50 Health over 4 & +15 Base Movement Speed.


***Q (Hellish Frenzy) ***

(Targeted Ability) (Range 900/1000/1100/1200/1300)(Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 Health) (Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6)

Active: -Mildred becomes frenzied, running towards targeted enemy unit with a burst of increased movement speed (+30%). -While charging at the targeted unit, Mildred cannot be stunned, snared, or rooted. -Displacement effects/silences will cancel the ability and lower its cooldown timer by 1 second. The health cost will not be refunded.

-Once Mildred reaches her target, she bites them with infused magic, dealing 100/120/140/160/170 (+0.4 bonus AD) physical damage + 6%/9%/12%/15%/17% of the target's current health as physical damage. The health cost is refunded.

-|Note: This is not an instantaneous gap closer. Mildred moves as if one were to normally attempt an auto attack against a unit. However, once the ability is cast Mildred will be forced to travel toward her target.|

-If Mildred does not reach her target after 2 seconds the ability stops, the cooldown timer is reduced by 1 second, and the health cost is not refunded.


W (Flesh for Flesh)| (Cooldown 10)

Passive: Mildred's basic attacks steal (5/8/11/14/17) armor and magic resistance from enemy units and grants it to herself (Stacks up to 3 times). -Mildred will lose her armor/MR stacks 5 seconds after active is used.

Active: Mildred consumes three stacks, removing the debuff from afflicted enemies and granting her auto attacks +30/36/42/48/55(+0.4 Total AD) true damage for 5 seconds. Damaged halved on turrets. -Additionally Mildred will remove current grievous wounds and increase healing/regeneration effects from all sources 1%/3%/5%/7%/9%.


E (Deathrattle)|(Cost 5% current Health)(Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12)

Passive: Whenever Mildred kills a unit, the CD timer on all of her abilities (including passive) are reduced by 1 second. This passive is halved when the ability is on cooldown. Active: Mildred channels for 0.75 seconds. Once complete Mildred let's out a deadly shreak, fearing all nearby enemy champions facing Mildred for 1 second within a 700 radius. Additionally any enemy champion within the radius during the scream, feared or not, take increased damage from Mildred and her allies for the next 4 seconds. -Enemies within radius who are not visible to Mildred will be affected in the same manner as visible units but will not be revealed.


R (Dishearting Bang)

Passive: Upon Death, Mildred silences enemies in a small radius near her body for 1/2/3 seconds. (Range:175)

Active: (Targeted Spell) (Cost: 10% Current Health)(Range 1900/2000/2100) Cooldown 250 Seconds.

-Mildred rips her own heart out, infuses it with magic, and launches it at targeted enemy champion. -On impact, the heart explodes, dealing +200/300/400 Magic Damage over 6 seconds and slowing the target by 50% for 3 seconds. -Champions in a small radius near the targeted enemy take +100/150/200 magic damage over 6 seconds and are slowed for 25% for 3 seconds.
