Mildred, The Brooding Terror Range: 125

|Passive | Whenever Mildred takes damage from champions, towers, or large monsters:

+30 Base Movement Speed for 3 seconds & Heals 150 damage over 3 seconds.

(Cooldown: 9 seconds)

|Q| Targetted Ability Health Cost: 30 (Cooldown 9 seconds)

Mildred charges at champion (or monster) with +%40 Movement speed for 2 seconds.

If she reaches her target Mildred deals 18% current health +(0.6 Bonus AD) and the health cost is restored.

If she does not reach her target, cooldown lowered by 2 seconds, health cost not refunded.

While charging at a unit, Mildred cannot be immobilized. Slows effect normally; silences cancel the ability; displacements cancel the spell but do not knock back or up.

Passive: Basic Attacks steal 5 armor/magic resistance and grants it to Mildred (Stacks 3 times) (Cooldown: 10 seconds)

Active: Consume 3 stacks to grant Mildred's basic attacks:

40 +(0.2 total AD) True Damage for 4 seconds.

Passive restarts to 0 stacks once active is over and starts cooldown. (Cooldown 10 seconds)

Passive: Killing a unit reduces all cooldowns by 1 second;

Active: Mildred channels for 0.75 seconds. Mildred shrieks and all enemies in a radius are marked.

All foes marked who were facing Mildred are feared for 1 second.

All marked enemies take increase damage from allies for 3 seconds.

Passive: Gain 10%/20%/30% Lifesteal

Active: Mildred infuses her heart with magic and launches it at targetted enemy champion.

On impact it deals 150/275/400 (+1. AP) magic damage over 6 seconds and slows for 50% for 3 seconds.

Enemies in a radius near the impact take 100/200/300 (+1. AP) over 6 seconds and are slowed by 30% for 3 seconds.

-Applies on-hit effects.

-Example: Lifesteal, Frozen Mallet Slow, Nami's E Ability.
