[Champion Concept] Helmet Bro, the Hero Worshipper

There's been so much fun related to Helmet Bro in fan videos, I wanted to at least bring up the possibility of him being brought into the game. We have ultimate hunters, demons, angels, all-consuming void monsters, magical beings who travel the cosmos, chaos gods that steal scarecrow keys, unhinged yordle squirrel lovers... and a guy who REALLY likes to kick things. So here's my crack at making a champion who gets in WAY over his head.

"Helmet Bro, the Hero Worshipper" > Build and appearance roughly match the proportions of the recent fan video where he's trying to buy an Elixir of Iron. Including his bizarre "advanced" way of walking around.

Helmet Bro is a disengaging fighter (Unique subclass, doesn't fit Juggernaut or Diver) who works best when leading enemies along behind him. Unlike Singed who just laughs and leaves poison trails, or Udyr who no one can catch up to, Helmet Bro has a higher risk of getting caught but a higher reward in terms of his ability to deal damage and kite or keep the enemy crowd controlled - and his kit emphasizes his getting-hit-while-running playstyle.

Abilities Passive: Punching Bag. Helmet Bro has a Stress bar instead of mana. Every time he takes damage, he gains Stress (X% less Stress gain from minion/monster damage).

Q: Hip Check. Helmet Bro slides a short distance in a chosen direction. If he hits an enemy target, it knocks them back a distance and for damage and stun.

W: "Can't catch me!" Helmet Bro leaps a short-to-medium distance and throws a random object from his bags toward the spot he leaped from. This shot stops at the first target it hits and (stuns or slows) while also dealing damage.

E: "I'm used to it." Helmet Bro toggles this ability to gain damage reduction against all types, including True Damage. His Stress drains per each second the toggle is active, but he still gains Stress when taking damage.

R: Fight Like a Coward! Better Part of Discretion. Helmet Bro cleanses himself of all crowd control, gains a movement speed boost when running away from enemy champions, and converts half his current Stress into a shield.

**Playstyle: ** Helmet Bro is at his best when he's able to run around and get people to chase him. Hip Check makes for a good peel when an ally is in danger, or pair it with "Can't Catch Me" to get into a fight easier and initiate with a stun.

"Can't Catch Me" can be used for an extended chase or to move around inside a fight, making a mess of enemy engagements and dives. When running away he alternates between his Q and W to rapid-stun anyone chasing him, keep one step ahead of anyone who wants him dead until he wears their health bar down. Leaping side to side in the middle of the fight and dropping stuns will provide crowd control for his teammates, or he can jump in the way of an enemy attack easier to save a teammate and gain Stress at the same time.

"I'm used to it" is Helmet Bro's main survival tool for staying in a fight or getting out alive. Because his Stress bar is based on taking damage he has to get into the fray to build it up, and survivability is his reward. But bear in mind Helmet Bro is NOT a Tank. He doesn't have the stats to survive an entire team's worth of hits, so it can be very easy to overextend. Knowing when to fight and when to start running is key to his staying alive.

"Better Part of Discretion" gives him one last trick when the enemy manages to pin him down. He can either stay alive long enough to try and secure a kill, or he can use his built up Stress (which will most likely be full at this time for maximum Shield) to try and escape with his life.

Please share your thoughts, suggestions and criticisms, any feedback would be appreciated. Let's see if we can make this guy a reality on the Rift!

As per the rules established long ago in Rito Editing (https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/lAHNHgR5-rito-editing) all champions must be changed to accomodate our new policies.

Passive: Punching Bag - 1000% of damage taken is gained as Stress. Stress stacks infinitely and only decays when used.

Q: Hip Check - Helmet Bro dashes up to 800 units away (stops at terrain) while sliding along the ground. Enemies he moves past are knocked up briefly and take 100/200/300/400/500 +200%AD physical damage.

W: Can't Catch Me! - Helmet Bro dashes up to 400 units away from an enemy champion. At the end of the dash, he throws a random object from his pouches at the nearest enemy champion behind him. Possible item effects include:

Broken Doran's - Deal 80 true damage and remove 15 AP, 8 AD, and 5 armor/magic resist from the target. This stacks infinitely. Empty Potion - The hit enemy champion loses 15 HP per second until they die. Stress Ball - Deal 100% of stress as physical damage to the target. Counterfeit Crystals - Remove either 150 HP or 250 MP from the target permanently. Stacks infinitely. Geeky Glasses - Reduce vision range by 50 units. Stacks infinitely. Red Hot Chili Pepper - The target gains 1000% increased attack speed for 1 second before dying. This ignores the attack speed cap. Elixir Of...? - The target gains 500% increased size (and attack range, if melee) for the next 10 seconds or until death. Rito's Genuine Balance Skill - The target takes 40/55/70/85/100 +40% AD physical damage.

All permanent effects are tallied under the status effect "Divine Consolation." These effects cannot reduce HP or MP below 100.

E: I'm Used To It - While active, Helmet Bro takes 99% less damage (including true damage). Costs 10% of current stress per second.

R (Renamed): The Better Part Of Discretion - Helmet Bro purges all CC on himself, gains 200% movement speed when moving away from enemy champions, cannot be immobilized or slowed for 4 seconds, and gains a shield equal to current Stress for the duration. This does not consume Stress.
