[Gameplay] Soraka's silence field after an invulnerable/untargetable effect ends

There have been multiple times now where I drop Soraka's silence field on someone in Zhonya, or aimed where a Fizz will land after being untargetable, and they are still able to flash and use abilities afterward even though they're IN the silence field. In my most recent game a Nidalee came out of Zhonya and killed a teammate because she could use abilities when she should have been silenced.

How to replicate:

  1. Give Zhonya to any champion, or choose a champion who can temporarily go untargetable
  2. Go untargetable/invulnerable and have another player put Soraka's silence field on you.
  3. As the ability/item nears the end of its timer, spam Flash or another ability to make it activate as soon as the protection ends.

I've had this issue occur repeatedly now, across multiple games and champions. Most often it occurs after a Zhonya trigger, with the after-ability instances being about half as often.

So. I main SorakaSoraka, and I've noticed a couple different bugs with Equinox(E). There are moments when The silence AOE will be directly below a champion for at least .5 seconds, and they still use an ability.

Being the only way to actually help in a team fight besides running around like a madman and healing everyone you see, I feel it needs to be tweaked a bit. Especially since players who main SorakaSoraka get so much guff about "non-tanky" supports.
