This is a skin idea for Volibear. It would be bright neon color preferably pink blue or green with a cute symbol on his stomache. His Q would ask for a hug in his gruff bear voice and his ult would be a rainbow that hits everyone. Upvote if you want!

i would think more along the lines of a "arcade" volibear skin for something like this but i like the idea :)
have each of his abilities mimic each carebear and then combine the rainbow for his ult lmao
That's really a bad idea, no offense but there are way too many cutesy suggestions for him. Absolutely the opposite of anything about him. Degrading really, lol. I main Volibear and I would dread the day he got some gimmicky humor skin. Leave that type of stuff for the champions whose identities have room for that type of stuff. Arcade, Mech, Panda stuff get outta here. Volibear's a rolling cloud of thunder and might. Complete with blasting roars, grunts and the sounds of his teeth chomping into your face and his paws shredding into you with claw and lightning covered claw. He's massive and strapped in heavy armor only a bear could support. I'd even say he's only outweighed Mordekaiser but still actually heavier than Gragas. He's a shaman and a charging warrior. There's the two things you can take into mind when thinking of a new skin. Not just that he's an ursine and they happen to be used in old circuses or in a silly children's cartoon.
I agree we should incorporate the Care Bears. I like the idea of Care Bear Lux, her ult reminds me sooo much of the Care Bear Stare! Somebody at Riot has to have grown up in the 80's :D
