Fiddlesticks rework?

Fiddlesticks is a very weird champion, that hasn't been changed a lot since fears were nerfed to only make people flee away from you instead of in random directions. His jungle clear is horrible in the current jungle, and his ganks aren't much to look at, pre level 6.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants a Fiddle rework. So here's my input, take from it what you will:

Passive: Every time Fiddlesticks gets close to a champion, he fears them for 0.5 seconds. 30 second cooldown for each Champion.

Q: Fiddlesticks sends out three crows, converging on one point, damaging all enemies in their path and making enemies Shiver for 2 seconds. Each additional crow deals 50% less damage.

Shiver makes fears last 100% longer.

W: Fiddlesticks roots himself in the ground, becoming a scarecrow. He damages enemies in a small area around him. The first time an enemy champion walks into the area, they are silenced for 1 second (0.5 if he activates the area on top of them). At the end of the root, he heals for 25% of the damage he did, 50% of the damage to jungle monsters. He can break the root whenever he wants.

E: Fiddlesticks jumps to target location, damaging nearby enemies. Can be used while rooted.

R: Fiddlesticks chooses a location on the ground. The area is infested with crows for 3 seconds, that deal damage to enemies over time. If Fiddlesticks roots himself in the area, the area becomes larger and applies the root ability's effect too.

Fiddlesticks has always had synergy with item 3157, and I wanted that to still be a thing. Neither his W or R is cancelled by using the active effect. He will now be a more unique champion, using his abilities in order to maximize his fear factor. I also removed the ability for Fiddlesticks to simply fear someone for a long time with a point and click ability, and instead opted to make it an AoE fear, that isn't very potent until he uses his Shiver mechanic.

It makes more sense for me that Fiddlesticks has an AoE fear that allows him to jump into the action and survive. If he can get off some shivers before he jumps in, that's even better. Fiddlesticks to me, was always a champion that should have the ability to ward people off of a field, like a true scarecrow. Not chase people around with the field.

I can see some good combos being pulled off with this kit: First, he throws his Q, making the enemies shiver. Then, he jumps in with his E, gets a 1 second fear on them. Immediately, he uses his ultimate and W, silences them and deals huge amounts of damage before they can get out.

Or, for the maximum CC, he roots himself before he jumps, and then uses the ultimate. The enemy will miss some of his W's damage, but get a 1 second silence instead.

The fear applies in a much smaller area than the silence, so they can easily get silenced first, and then get feared when he jumps on top of them. or they go in for auto attacks.

I like the W.

I don't like the rest.

I love it, but I do have one suggestion. His E seems kind of lame, so maybe it could apply a Shiver effect to all enemies upon landing? Just a thought!
