What does the PROJECT DISRUPTION Icon do?
So i got the PROJECT DISRUPTION Icon and i was wondering does it have a special power like a loading screen card for one of the PROJECT Skins?

BananaSlayerAMO2 votesI am fairly sure that the Disruption Icon does not come with any bonuses.
If you want to get a loading screen card for Ashe, Ekko or Katarina you will need to unlock the First Strike Summoner Icon for that specific champion (and you can get the blueprint by buying their Project Cache).

Idk how to get the loading screen border for older Project skins if that's what you're asking, except for Yasuo; if you own his Project skin by the end of this Project event (Aug 16) you will receive the border for free. For the other Project skins like Zed or Leona, I don't think you'll be able to get their loading screen border anymore.
