What does the PROJECT DISRUPTION Icon do?

So i got the PROJECT DISRUPTION Icon and i was wondering does it have a special power like a loading screen card for one of the PROJECT Skins?

I am fairly sure that the Disruption Icon does not come with any bonuses.

If you want to get a loading screen card for Ashe, Ekko or Katarina you will need to unlock the First Strike Summoner Icon for that specific champion (and you can get the blueprint by buying their Project Cache).
