Honor Level Border

So with the introduction of the new loading screen and seeing how we currently don't have any honor level indicator in it I got an idea How about we get Honor Level Borders which we can toggle through the client just like we can toggle between our rank or level borders in the lobby Neat little idea don't you think?

PS: Of course you have those event borders you got with the skins or for your skins, so that's why I want to keep it as a toggle

EDIT: I have been told that the Honor level is displayed in current loading screen but I haven't seen it yet and I will not anytime soon because of my 10 game chat restriction so bummer
