I haven't seen ap 
in a pretty long time and i myself main AD in the jg with devourer and it is amazing. I feel like should be like jax with ad and ap scaling because his ap play is disappearing fast and even in LCS they play him AD. I think his W and Q should at least scale off ad.
You can still do the 1shot ap fizz I main fizz too. But I do not go devourer I play him top lane with tp ignite or in the jg with smite ignite. The reason I do not go devourer is because it takes alot more time to get that sated I go for cinderhulk + red smite. You can go tank fizz ad fizz or ap fizz. The strongest one is the ap one. Most people go AD because of the substain. Ap fizz can easy 1 v 5 a team but if he takes alot of damage he will die unlike ad fizz or tank fizz you can life steal and other stuff. But I'd like to see some AD scaling too but keep the ap please
I play AP Fizz regularly. The problem is, AP Fizz is a true assassin. He needs to get in and out fast, or he will die. Since assassins haven't been in a favorable spot (read: TANKS EVERYWHERE) a lot of people have been playing AD Fizz for more sustain and moderate damage. AP Fizz is essentially a "Blow you to Kingdom Come" playstyle, which doesnt necessarily work on Tanks who are building a lot of Health, Armour and MR
