New loading page
I thought this loading screen would look amazing and i feel like we need a new one anyways. I found this on FB, not my idea.

How my answer is.
How about some loading screen music?Have it be like elevator music. Something simple & easy to loop (we know people will have some long loading sometimes) Yes,people should be allowed to adjust the volume.
EDIT:Additionally,the song should fade out as the game is about to start.As a signal to get ready.
Chat while loading should be a thing.
Might have to turn the graphics down a bit, or else people with older computers (coughcoughmecoughcough) would never get into a game. But the team chat idea is really smart
Oh yeah, I would love it if the loading screen could be used for extra time to talk about strategy. How it is right now, people use the loading time for restroom breaks.
Visual sprucing up of the loading page would be nice, but a pregame chat would be amazing.

Good idea, but take away the part where you can see the other teams connection. I remember how annoying it was when they had that and the enemy team saw who had the worst connection, and would mess with them the entire game :((
I liked it when other teammates could see your lag and also tell others if they should look out for problems. I would like my teammates to know if I were having problems so they can act accordingly.
The only trouble with this, though I like it, it might make load-ins longer; since it will take some internet to chat or see someone else chat.
Not totally into it. I enjoy the team chat feature, and the ui itself is pretty nice, but the background is too bright for me. I'd prefer if it didn't draw as much attention from the champions themselves.
Tiny problem here. During the loading phase i usually go to the bathroom or do something else. Don't want my team to get mad at me for not communicating.

I would like even better if the game loaded in the background and we could still browse the store or our masteries etc while it was loading.
Ohhh yes. I want this. Make a specific background for each map. And let's put "Summoning" back when you've loaded to 100%. YES WE SUMMONERS EXIST AND FOREVER WILL. Also seeing team pings, please.

I really think you should also be able to click on a champion and see the text of its abilities. For a lot of people it would let them get a refresher on how to fight a certain champion.
It would also be a **BIG **deal for beginners, and helps them get to the part of the game where they know what they are up against (aka, the fun part of the game).
I hope it carries chat over from the champion select screen and into the game time itself. I know I hate it when a message gets typed into chat and then the entire screen vanishes.

Agreed, the amount of times my team's chat that gets cut off from load screen is annoying. Keeping that team momentum and bond through to the load screen would be powerful to many teams in solo queue.
Many people have noted that this will increase loading times for some. Maybe make an option to disable loading screen chat?
I've been in the position where my only option was to play LoL on a my toaster and for sure my loading times were high. I've since gotten an upgrade and run league perfectly, but it know a chat box while on my toaster would have maybe toasted the toaster.
seems nice and all but might provoke toxicity because of "chat". arguments may start here or continue from champion pick to loading screen and might probably lead to more leavers or trolls. idk. but then again looking at the positive side, you can prolly talk a bit to your team about plans/strategies against the other team's comp or w/e during loading since everyone's idle and doing nothing but watching cat vids or reading e-mail or other stuff.

my friends and I have definitely discussed the need of chat during load screen. would be so nice.
