Champion idea, shop thief

Ok so here is what i was thinking make a champion similar to where his passive gives him an item except, instead of the item being something unique it instead level with the ult you can "steal" an item from the shop for a short time.

at rank 0 you can steal an item worth less than 500 gold and gain all of its boost for like 5 seconds or something and then the shop keeper catches you and you cant use it anymore until you back and steal a new item. rank 1 same deal but 1k going up to rank 3 being any item under 3k so you cant steal things like , or but it would still be useful.

and then for one of her abilities have her have a blind of sorts but it be handcuffs so it slows and prevents doing anything but moving around and shouting abilities like E

thats all i have with her but what do you think?
