"_Are you feeling the pressure yet, Demacian dog?" Carlisle spits. He lets the gravity well sit a little lower this time, just above the head of a Demacian scout, sent by JarvanIV. The scout coughs up blood, feeling his entirety crush under the pressure of Carlisle's magic. "Ple.. Please!" The scout manages to muster a scream. Carlisle stops the gravity switch long enough to hear the scout's plead. "They have my children, my.." He coughs again. "They have my wife! I was forced to come here!"| "Pity." Carlisle smirks. "I suppose you feel the gravity of this situation then." Carlisle lowers the gravity well over the scout's body and he is torn apart by the force of the very planet he stepped on.

Hey guys! I was trying my hand out at a gravity mage for a new solo laner, and possible support. Fine tweaks and adjustments will come later, just let me know what you think. Comments, questions and concerns are welcome. This is Carlisle: A Noxian, gravity based, mage who wields a powerful scepter that can help control his power; Which is the very gravity that the planet puts out as his personal arsenal. This scepter was forged from a meteor which hit the planet, and was found by Syndra. Carlisle was seeking out methods to help him harness his abilities, which were unlike any magic known in Runeterra so far. He would meditate in ley lines and seek knowledge with Fey. Syndra saw herself in him and decided to mentor his thirst for more, just as hers was. Syndra had no use for the scepter and she bestowed Carlisle of the scepter after he passed his last test. He took to it quite deliciously as Syndra and Carlisle used their magics to strike down anyone who would come in their path to achieve a higher power.

Passive: When Carlisle casts a spell on an enemy champion, he will begin to levitate for a short amount of time. He will then become immune to enemy knock-up's. When Carlisle lands, he will have a small movement speed bonus.

Q: Active: Carlisle may fire a gravity pull or a gravity push out in front of him. Dealing damage and doing the desired affect. To pull: Hold down Q, increasing the range of the spell into a singular skill shot line from a cone attack, in whichever direction Carlisle faces; Pulling all enemy units towards Carlisle. To push: Just activate Carlisle's Q in whichever direction Carlisle faces without holding down the Q to push back all enemy units.

W: Passive: Enemy champions caught by Carlisle's gravity spells x amount of times will leave a small but growing black hole on their current location; Dealing damage to all enemy units and slowing their movement speed by x amount of time for x amount of seconds. (Scaling on the number of black holes active, dealing AP/Max Health damage to units.) Active: Carlisle slams his scepter into the ground, knocking up all enemy units around him in a small radius and dealing damage, applying 'Suspended'. (May only activate when his passive has not gone off.) When Carlisle's passive goes off, and enemy units are 'Suspended'; He may reactivate this ability near them to end their suspended animations and smash them into the ground, dealing damage to them and increasing the radius of a black hole, should they smash into them. (Enemies under 'Suspended' are not under a typical knock up. Yasuo would not be able to ult them.)

E: Active: Carlisle creates two portals: The first portal will be at target location near him. The second portal will be asymmetrical from the first portal on the opposite side, slightly above or below the first portal. (Example: If Carlisle places a portal directly right of him facing inward, the second portal will be towards the top left facing inward. If he was to place it on his left side, the opposite occurrence would happen. This 'Skill Shot' would rotate completely around Carlisle, for wherever he places it.) Carlisle and his allies may then shoot abilities through the 1st portal for a short amount of time, coming out of the second portal and possibly hitting enemy units. Carlisle may also step into the 1st portal, consuming it and stepping out of the second portal wherever it is located. (Portal duration is based on a flat amount of time, plus how many skill shots are sent through the portal itself.)

R: Active: Carlisle puts an Anti-Gravity zone in a stationary circle around him in an AOE radius. Allies who take auto attacks or skill shots in this circle will dodge all damage.

Nice concept, it looks like you wanted someone to piss off Yasuo, what I totally support. I would note few changes I think will improve him.

Passive: Instead of Flight then movement speed, I would change it so you can move and have bonus while levitating, lets say for 0.75 sec?

E: There used to be this skill idea for Ezrael, I think. But instead of that position modifiers, I would just say it creates one facing you (exit one) and one on your side (so you can run away without having it in way), also let it teleport you 2 times, there and back, for better W combo.

Q: Remove 2 part way of casting, instead be able to cast it thru E

R: This wont work, sorry. This is way too overpowered, even if it would look cool :/

Nice concept thou, I made one for magnetic/rift champion too today, but so far its only on scrap of paper :P One up for you :)[slayer-jinx-catface]

By Q I mean this: When you cast it it always creates outward force wave. When this hits your E (entry or exit portal) the wave goes thru portal and emerges from second one. This practically means you throw down your E (one portal behind enemy, one next to you) and you send Q into portal on your side, wave goes in, and emerges behind enemy, pushing him to you.
