Surrender Vote - Doesnt need Majority?

Sup,

last Match when we tried to Surrender with 3:0 @ 22min it failed and im now curious why.

-Majority check -No one denied check -2 afk check

also re-do the Surrender Vote from 15-20min. 4:1 and fails .. jailed ingame for another 15min unless you wanna trash the account.

not voting counts as a no. early surrender votes between 15 and 20 minutes require 5 yes to surrender.

Well the 15 min surrenders have to unanimous.

So if I understand correctly, you had 2 AFKs when you tried to surrender at 22 mins?
