Feedback about the new Twisted Fate skin

For starters, the base of the skin is great. I love how he feels like a citizen of bilgewater with this skin. However, there are a few things that bug me about this skins:

For starters, this is yet another 750RP skin. Not a single one of his skins give new animations at all. There is a reason why this skin in particular bothers me compared to all his other skins. His recall and joke animations are the same. Why is this an issue? because he interacts with his hat in them. Because he has no hat in this skin, the animations look weird and out of place. If you're going to go with the no hate idea (please keep it that way), maybe give him slice of life updates to his recall and joke animations for this skin. Me personally I dont mind if this means the skin becomes 975RP (though idk wat others may think), but I feel this is something that needs to be addressed.

Also the "no one touches the hat" quote might also seem a bit odd lol.
