[Champion Concept] Gadjinn, the Spirit of Energy

The name might be a little cheesy but it's the best i came up with in 2 minutes.
I wanted to make a champion concept of another mana-based champion like
,
but with more of a dynamic mana bar. It should feel like a mix out of your ninja energy bar
and the classic expansionable "Mana Pool" on a powerful mage.
Some of his abilities should scale on your max. mana like Ryze while the costs are partially also scaling.
But at the same time he should have mechanics to get mana back from his abilities.
I try to make this post not too long so you can simply go through it and get the Concept.
General Information:
- Meele basic attacks
- Mage / AP Carry / Mid Lane
Abilites:
Passiv: (Energy flow) For each enemy you hit with your spells you regain 0.5% of your max. Mana. (2.5% for champions) For each missing % of mana the restored amount increases by 2%.
Gadjinn's consists for a big part out of mana. Depending on how much of your maximum mana you have your base movementspeed changes. 350 base movementspeed at 100% Mana / 250 base Movementspeed at 0% Mana. (For each % of your missing mana your base movementspeed decreases by 1...)
Q: (Mana Blast) You consume a part of your mana and let it shoot in a quick Burst in a straight line through your enemies. It deals 55/80/105/130/155 +(0.4 AP / 4% max. mana) magic damage. For each enemy hit the projectile speed slows down a bit but at the same time the energy sucked out of the enemies increases the projectile width and the damage by 5%.
Range: 1200 Mana Cost: 50 + 4% max. mana Cooldown: 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 sec.
W: (Mana infused body) **Passiv: ** you regenerate 2% of your current Mana as Health every 5 sec.
Active: Gadjinn uses a large amount of his Mana and Health to Burst out of his skin in a circle around him damaging and slowing all nearby enemies. After 0.5 sec. a part of the energy flows back to him giving him a shield for a few seconds.
Damage: 80/110/140/170/200 + 25% of his consumed mana and health magic damage. Shield: 80/120/160/200/240 + (2.5% max Mana / 10% of his missing health) . Range: 350 Slow: 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 sec. Cost: 10% of his current Mana + 10% of his current health Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 sec.
E: (Absorbtion) For the next 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 sec. you get a 15% movementspeed buff and receive 15/17.5/20/22.5/25 % less phy./mag. damage while your mana absorbs 15%.
Cost: None Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 sec.
R: (Ulti.) (All you've got)
Gadjinn focuses his energy and blasts pure mana out of his hands in front of him. You deal magic dmg in a line in front of you while the direction follows your curser. While all that mana bursts out of you you get pushed back in the opposite direction.
(The ultimate is designed to act like
ultimate only with a much lower range but lasting for up to 5 sec pushing yourself backwards . Imagine an out of control water hose :D)
Range: 500 Damage: half of the consumed Mana + 0.3 AP magic damage each sec. Cost: 10% of your maximum mana every sec. Duration: 5 sec. (can be canceled earlier). Backpushing Speed: 400 Cooldown: 50/40/30 sec.
