i thought they were planning on releasing it this year. i hope we get 2 ultimate skins next year at least.
i know they dropped some hints for it a while back.

I heard sona was getting the ultimate skin
What I'm thinking happened was that Riot demoted DJ Sona from Ultimate to Legendary following the backlash, and that another legendary skin in the pipeline got promoted to ultimate. I still believe that Lux deserves the Ultimate skin more than anyone else.
I think it will be Jinx, she hasnt got any skills, like udyr didnt had any.. so

well its going to be sona its been conformed on reddit dj dubstep sona 
and for jinx shes getting the championship skins Further proof! Riot has also made the Championship skin for champions released shortly after the previous season's world championships. Riven was released just after season 1 worlds, and received the season 2 championship skin. Thresh was also released just after season 2 worlds, and received the season 3 championship skin. GUESS WHAT? Jinx was released just after season 3 worlds, and will probably receive the season 4 championship skin!

Oh god you people are so far behind lol, still thinking it's DJ sona. DJ sona will come out this year as legendary not ultimate. Also it wont be Kha as he JUST got a skin. It's going to be Jinx, Lucian, Zed, Xerath, or Talon as leaked by riot employee in a game with a random player who screen shot it.
Rumour has it as DJ Sona, but apparently it was scrapped when people found out about it
Doubt they will every release two in one yer.

Jinx would be a bad choice, in my opinion. I feel like Riot wants to give each 'role' one ultimate skin each before making another ultimate skin for an ADC or Jungler. Another problem that pops up with her is that they would have had to been working on an ultimate skin for her since her release; that's not very fair to other champions. A third problem is something similar that happened with Elise; when she got the Victorious skin a lot of people were mad because it was a very limited skin.

Kha'Zix just recieved GoTS not too long ago, so he's most likely out as well.
I still think it's for Sona, From the files people have datamined from the pbe it seems the quality of the skin is even more complex than even Dunkmaster Darius or Final Boss Veigar. I doubt they would scrap or even demote it due to a tiny amount of people complaining about a skin they've never seen (reddit is not as big of a community as you think). I'm biased but I do roll my eyes every time I see "why Sona? she already has Arcade". Arcade Sona is her best skin, imo, but it's nothing amazing. The rework actually removed a lot of her particles, and she doesn't have a recall.
