Change HUD Postion for locked camera users

i wanted to suggest to Riot if they could possibly work on having an option in the settings that lets you change the position of your HUD in game. i play on locked screen and its really hard for me to play with it unlocked, and when i end up in purple team the HUD is in my field of vision and it makes me have a blind spot which makes it hard to dodge skill shots. by moving the HUD from the bottom screen to the top of it would solve my lanning problems for bot lane T^T

just a little suggestion i wanted to make not for me but for the many who like to play with locked screen. from new players or scrub players like me who cant play with the screen unlocked XD
