Senna

Lore: Leblanc captured Senna and put her in the dungeon of Noxus. Leblanc used her deception to make it look like Senna was taken by thresh. She did this because she knew Lucian was to strong for her with Senna, but doing this would cause Lucian great sorrow whittling him down from inside. Thresh and Lucian became great enemies so Leblanc was ready to come in and kill the one left standing. The fight never came though and eventually Senna broke out of the dungeon. She found thresh and thresh looked at her like she was an alien. Senna was confused by him but just ran. Looking for her beloved she found Leblanc. Her and Leblanc clashed but Leblanc was superior in skill and she almost killed Senna. Then Senna took off running. She was chased by Leblanc all the way to Piltover where Vi and Caitlyn found her. Leblanc turned away before hitting the gates of Piltover. At Piltover Senna got some new equipment Vi helped Caitlyn make a new gun for her. Senna became a police officer with a strong gun. They called her gun H.A.L.E it stood for Hextech Automatic Law Enforcer. Then she joined the league with Vi and Caitlyn to get her revenge on Leblanc.

Abilities: Passive: Eye of the Law: She starts with an item in her inventory that cant be sold. When activated it shows her where everyone on the map for 3 seconds. (90 sec cd). Eye of the law also gives her plus 10 attack damage per level.

Q: Hide Away: Senna learned a few things whilst running away from Leblanc. Senna blends into the terrain hiding herself for (2/3/4/5/6 sec) it takes 1 second for her to do this. When she comes out of it she can link to an enemy and tether them after a short delay of (1.5 sec) it tethers the target for (1 sec) the tether does (40/55/70/85/100) plus 30% of her ad (30/25/23/22/20 sec cd)

W: Rejuvenate: Senna deals (100/110/120/130/150) plus 70% ad she gains the heath in a bar for how much damage she did she can then recast this on an ally or herself to heal them half and shield the other half the shield last for (1/1.5/2/2.5/3) (15/14/13/11/10 sec cd)

E: Obey or Obliterate: Learning a technique from Vi Senna puts it in her own form. Senna shoot a large beam in a single direction dealing (50/60/70/80/100) plus 50% of her ad this knocks to the side all enemies unless your in the bomb area. At the end of the beam a small explosion happens knocking up all enemies for (.5/.6/.7/.8/1 sec) (17/16/15/14/12 sec cd)

R: Guns Destruction: Her gun starts shooting bullets that are (1.5x/1.7x/2x) stronger then her base attacks she can attack 15 times and the last three shot do (2.5x/2.7x/3x) her regular amount. (2 min 30 sec/2 min 15 sec/2 mins)
