In my opinion winter wonder lulu needs a skin in game update, if you zoom in all the way the face (and the poro) look kinda outta place. Also her fingers are DISGUSTING being to long for her body, this is just my opinion and i hope she gets s textural update. I added a pole if you agree! (idk what board area to put this in)
Lulu has a terrible case of pizza face in general that needs to be fixed

Winter wonder lulu really isn't bad when u compare it to a legendary such as gentleman chogath...
What really gets me is dragon trainer lulu doesn't get a recall when DT Tristana does. Its still one of my favorite skins though.
While it is true that it needs work, I feel like there are many other skins that need tuning first.
Lulu in general needs a VU. Riot seems to not have given her one yet because it would be a lot of work for no pay, a problem they made worse because of all the skins they gave her, of which they did since making skins for her is easy.
Her model and animations are very outdated, but unfortunately i dont see her getting touched unless there is a straight up Enchanter update or something.
