for every assist, you get a stack of resource A for every kill you get a stack of resource B for every death, you get a stack of resource C

Passive A nearby enemy skill shots have an extra "sway" effect to them not all skill shot will have a "sway" to them some skills will just have an accuracy modifier and not sway

this effect strength is determined by A, B and the distance between the two champs

gain %damage reduction for every A gain 1% to dodge AA for every B gain health regen for every C

B nearby allies skill shots do bonus damage for every skill they land they gain a stacking bonus however the initial bonus is B

C Friendly skill shot not your own gain a small chance to hit on near misses proccing this will cause your ally to lose some bonus from B but not all

Q ally - give them a sway effect or accuracy modifier but drastically increase the damage on their next attack

passive receive less crit damage from all sources scales with level and Q rank passive slow enemy champs when an ally has a near miss

A nearby block x amount of damage from aa no cd B nearby allies gain bonus damage on their next AA cd between AA is determined by Q rank and some diminishing returns from C C gain bonus ms when you receive any form of damage

W dash to an enemy echoing some damage that they have recently taken if the damage they have taken before you dash is % of their max health they are suppressed for x secs effected by more health damage you did in that period plus E rank

passive you can not gain life steal bonus life steal is converted into health

A heal for a portion of the damage dealt B heal for a portion of a damage allies deal C heal for a portion of damage dealt after the echo

E sap enemies tenacity passive - all forms of cc you deal to have an increased effect A You take less damage from a cc champ B Targets affected by any form of cc receive bonus true damage global C the sap last longer

R - all campions allies and enemies are slowed by x% and is grounded A - getting an assist will grant the ally who got the takedown gain slow resist and some bonus MS B - getting assist to refresh the duration C - reflect X% of the damage

The kit is way too overloaded. Your champion has 25+ passive effects. We have nothing more to discuss.
