I tried to stay up till midnight to get the skins. Cause reddit said they were coming out on the 8th of September, but they didn't come out. Usually riot releases things at midnight the day of right? Weird. MasterYi Lucian Leona Yasuo Zed Fiora

Usually 2:00 PM East Coast.

Skins are NEVER released at midnight.
