Could a Champion with a friendly fire or berserk ability work?

Basically i was kind of tossing around the idea for a champion that caused enemy champions to attack each other and use abilities and such. Something like after hitting a champion with an ability a set number of times, his next attack is empowered causing them to lose control and attack allies. i'm not sure if that kind of thing could really work in league, since winter wyvern from dota already has something similar with her ult. I dunno, what do you all think? how would a mechanic like this work in league and what kind of champ should it be put on?

It would take a lot of skill out of the game, you're practically suppressing an enemy champion turning fights into a 4v5, which is already very major, then using them to turn it into a 4v6, this is especially bad if said champ is an ADC since 2 ADCs would melt 4 people in seconds then 5would just jump on the freed ADC.

Mordekaiser has something similar with his ghost, but it's after they die so it's not as massive of a disadvantage and can be peeled.

The only way it could work is if you took control of an enemy player, used spells on enemies, and at the same time lost control of yourself (ex, if kayn could actually process his target and control them during his ult rather then chill out and damage them)

I WAS THINKING ABOUT THIS LIKE 3 HOURS AGO RANDOMLY No seriously I like to come up with character concepts (I dont ever show them cause I think they are garbo) and that came into my head. Personally I want to see this on a female Darkin champ.

Gangplank used to be able to kill his own minions, and in dota 2, you had winter wyvern whose ulti basically made enemies in range attack the one you used it on. Maybe something like that might work.
