A game mode on the standard 5v5 map with one major twist: on every death respawn, your chosen Champion will suddenly have a randomized Ability from all Champions ever made! This mode may have some interesting challenges to spice up gameplay, such as a Kayle with Jax's "Relentless Assault", Annie with Lulu's "Pix, Faerie Companion", or even Zilean with Karthus' "Death Defied".

Renektom has a passive useless to a mana user, or anyone without his abilities. Same with Rengar and Rumble. Lissandra's passive is useless on, say, Riven. Rammus's passive is worthless on most mages. And so on.
Maybe no worthless passives in League as it CURRENTLY is, but some are REALLY bad without the rest of the champion's kit, making them wasted passives in this sort of game mode.

Okay. That's one. But mana passives are worthless on many characters, as are Rage passives, etc.
Too many passives are really awful on too many characters, and, in general, I don't think most passives alter a playstyle enough to really make for a fun and unique game mode.
