New champion concept

I've had this Champion as a concept for a while now that works a bit like a couple other champions but is designed to be either a mage bruiser, or a artillery support. The champion starts out as an undead corpse with low mobility, potentially a previous host to one of the dark kin like Aatrox or just a collection fo the despair of those fallen in battle, but the main point of him is he is a repository of past combats and this shambling shell is just being used to contain their pain and will for vengeance on those who still live. His Q would be a buff that could be used on either an ally champion or on a minion. His W is a mid range ability that can either be used on enemy champions, superminions/cannon minions or jungle creep to reduce both defense and damage for a short time. His E would be a damaging burst with a low cooldown (2-4) but as it ranked up you could wait multiple cooldowns to increase it's power by up to 300% damage at 5 stacks (100>150>200>250>300%) While his ultimate would be a slow moving supression wave out from him, marking champions and letting allies dash to them, a bit of a double edged blade as it marks allies allowing enemies to dash to any marked allies after the suppression. And his passive would decide if he became a spectral artillery support or a Hulking undead mage bruiser, the spectral form increasing his move speed and allowing him to phase through walls towards allies while the bruiser form gives him a bonus move speed towards enemies and a boost to AP and AD based on nearby enemies. And wich form he takes is decided on how much he uses his abilities on either minions or allied/enemy champions. That is the rough bones of the concept and I tried to come up with an interesting design that would be fun to play, would work with the coming metas and would be a champion not difficult to play but still have a high skill mastery. Something that makes you need to ask, "Is this a good engage?" Both with and against him. I would love critique, and more ideas and concepts for his abilities from BOTH Riot games and our community. Just please keep it mature and civil.

What if we had a Champion of Minions? This Champion or rather this minion grew tired of all the minions who were turned and forced to fight their brothers/sisters in arm against one another. Each being slain numerous times throughout League's existence... This minion (Champion) decided to take matters into their own hands (idk what minions has for hands) and started to work out, cast magic, learn to fight, etc. It became a strong minion (winion) and then eventually outdid itself and became Champion of all Minions.

This Champion of all Minions decided to enter unannounced to League's biggest battle of the year (MSI or something idk i dont keep up with LCS no more) and entered the battle field for the first time. Knocking down some powerful champions. Eventually falling down to a gank of several confussled champions. When suddenly this Champion of all Minions respawns. WHAT?! The Creators or whoever is in charge of the Summoners Rift decided this Champion of all Minions was worthy of a spot in the League of Legends. Dun dun dunnnnnn

Champion of all Minions Passive: Battle Cry For each minion ally who has fallen victim to League, Champion of all Minions gain .0X stats (AD or AP or Armor or Magic Resist or whatever stat) per Minion. Q: Minion strike, that deals percentage health (just a normal minion strike) W: Minion Dash, walks a certain direction. E: Minion Stun, stuns a target(s) X duration. R: Minion Wave, summons a wave of minion (level 1 would be normal wave, level 2 would be a wave with the cannon minion in banner of command or maybe this minion just looks super angry and lastly level 3 ultimate would be winions)

Sorry I was just bored... but your idea sounds pretty nice except there are way too many champions that has parts of them inside this new concept. Maybe have a few and then share a backstory of why they resemble one another but the new concept is unique because it's different in this aspect. Nonetheless, nice.

Edit: I didn't want to detail the abilities as I am late up at night.

Edit 2: Also why hasn't Riot released any Emotes with Minions!? #MINIONSLIVESMATTERS!

I've constructed Ideas for the abilities if anyone is still interested in this concept. Passive: The more your abilities are used on minions the more you get towards your bruiser form, the more your abilities are used on allied champs and enemy champs hit by allies the more points you get towards spectral form similar to Kayn but requiring 20 charges towards one or the other displayed in a dual bar around your portrait. Spectral form gains +10 move speed and a bonus 10 move speed at 11 and 16, as well as bonus armor and mr scaling with a % of mana. Bruiser form gains 15 move speed towards enemy champions +10 and level 11 and 16 (range 1000) and spell vamp of 15% +5% at level 16. jungle creep adds nothing to his passive. Q: Tutelage of the fallen: Target champion gains (10,15,20,25,30+(scaling with your AP) bonus ap or ad adaptive)Target minion gains (bonus mr and armor scaling with your AP as well as a damage boost) (spectral form changes base scaling to 30,35,40,45,50+(higher ap scaling)) (briuser form changes it to a tap self buff) (CD 10,8.5,7,5.5,4) W: Curse of the slain: target enemy minion, champion or target jungle monster is debuffed for (reduces target champion's ad or ap adaptive by 15+(low ap scaling) and sunders 5,10,15,20,25% of their armor and MR)(spectral form increases the ap scaling and the effect of each level for penetration)(bruiser form removes the ap scaling from the damage reduction and adds it to the penetration making it MR only and increasing the ap scaling and level scaling of it)(CD 15,13,11,9,7) E: Retribution from the grave: Create a small burst in a location near you or an allied champion or buffed minion (range 100-150) for (25,50,75,100,125+(flat ap scaling)) (spectral form increase range and add a slow)(bruiser form centers the blast on you, makes it a large AOE, and doubles the damage scaling and adds a burn for a percentage of the damage dealt to all targets. (reduced damage the further out you are up to 50% at the very edge)) R: Grasp of the grave: A wave travels out from you in all directions and suppresses all enemies and enemy minions hit for (3,4,5 seconds) and marks all champions hit for (5,6,7 seconds) allowing enemies and allies alike to dash to them.(range 350 dash) (spectral form adds to the speed of the wave) (bruiser form gives it a damage scaling of 100,200,300+(%ap scaling))
