New sion skin idea

I have had this amazing idea for a sion skin ever since his new abilities!!! Since his new R is to charge across the map and everyone can hear him coming, his new skin should be blackened metal armor in the style of a locomotive! Imagine the terror of minding your own business in a lane when you hear a deep bass voice saying " chugga, Chugga, CHUGGA... CHOOOO CHOOOO!!!!!!!" And BAM!! A massive figure with the power of an unrestrained train plows out of nowhere and smashes into them! And a new taunt that could be skin specific would be him yelling "There ain't no breaks on the SION TRAIN!!!" I tried to get my friend, who is a pretty good artist, to design some character art as to what he would look like, but he didn't have the time. Please make this a thing!!
