bug - Sions Q and R stop working

One of my favorite champs to play is Sion, but once in awhile Sions Q and R stop working. I have had this problem on my main and my secondary account but it only happens in around 1/25 games. The Q and R work fine for half of the game or so, but then pressing the buttons and clicking on the icons does nothing. Last time this happened the only abnormal thing i noticed was that right before they stopped working, we had a hectic fight on our hands and I was trying to use a few skills at the same time. But, when a similar situation happens in another game, my Q and R work just fine. Since Sions Q is his bread and butter, and you can't gank well without your R, this has resulted in some unsatisfactory results. I was even in a game with a sion on the other team, and they had the same issue. I believe the reason that I can't find a similar bug in the forms, is that many people use multiple champions and change champions every game while I concentrate on one champion until I master it. And since its such a rare bug, the few people who ever experience it just think its their internet or computer issues. Can you please patch this bug?
